Hazelann Willson was an artist based in mid-Devon where she spent her time between working in her studio, exploring the hills and moors, and ‘pony whispering’. Ever since she was quite small she had been fascinated by faces so portraits are a speciality (people, dogs, and horses). She also had a life-long love of the sea so boats and coastal scenes are sometimes captured on canvas, too. She worked in pastel, acrylics, charcoal, and pencil, with an occasional foray into watercolour when feeling brave! She was married to Graham Willson, her soulmate, who maintains this site in her memory.

Graham – We at OCCC were so very sorry to hear of
Hazel-Ann’s death.

Thank you Barbara – and all the dear friends at OCCC – some of whom, I know, are also experiencing painful loss of a loved-one.
